“The survival guide!”

I can’t recommend this book enough. After 10 years of court and co-parenting with a narcissist, I wish I had read this book on day one. The advice on how to communicate with a narcissist, and the court, is spot on. Rachel understands how narcissists think and act, and how they can manipulate the family court system to get judges and professionals on their side. She explains how to avoid some of the common pitfalls that many litigants experience when trying to show the narcissists true colours. Rachel’s writing style is clear and compelling so this book is a vital but easy read even for those in the thick of stressful litigation.

Excellent resource for anyone going through a separation with a narcissist. Very relatable! This book has given me a lot of confidence and hope for the future where I was previously an anxious stressed out mess!

“I have followed Rachel’s work for several years now. She really is a shining beacon of hope in an area where there has never been any light before.

Rachel will help you carefully navigate the family courts when you are dealing with a very difficult ex.

Her gently written advice is so valuable as it can appear counter intuitive but this is exactly why it is so essential. I can’t recommend her work highly enough”
